Erica Ash (she/her) | Founder, CFO | FundHER

Erica Ash is the Founder and CFO of FundHER, a fractional CFO firm helping women entrepreneurs take back their financial power. After scaling and exiting a 7-figure e-commerce brand, Erica turned her hard-won lessons into a mission: to make money make sense for women in business.

Known for her humor and real talk, she’s breaking down the myths around money with her upcoming book, Talk Numbers to Me: A Guide for Women Entrepreneurs to Master the Language of Business Finance (coming 2026). Erica believes financial fluency isn’t about spreadsheets; it’s about confidence, clarity, and control by leading from a place of power.

Jen McFarland (she/her) | Founder | CoCreate Work

Jen McFarland is a digital strategist and the founder of Women Conquer Business®, where she helps entrepreneurs turn their marketing chaos into clarity. A former project manager for the City of Portland, Jen drove more than one million website visitors through strategic, data-driven marketing.

Today, she helps women- and BIPOC-owned businesses generate up to 40% of their leads from Google — without spending big ad dollars. As a Fractional CMO and advocate for ethical marketing, Jen brings a refreshing mix of heart, humor, and straight talk to every stage and strategy session. She also appears in the documentary Click the Link Below, championing marketing that builds trust instead of manipulation.

Jyoti Jani (she/her) | Founder | Spill:Play

Jyoti Jani is the Founder of Spille:Play, a consultancy that designs creative, play-based leadership experiences to transform organizational culture. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, workforce strategy, and creative facilitation, she’s worked with organizations like Boeing, Microsoft, The Gates Foundation, and Young Women Empowered (Y-WE).

She’s the author of Creating Culture: Empowered Leadership for Systems Change and a contributor to Forbes on leadership strategy. Beyond the boardroom, Jyoti is a world music DJ and KEXP host, weaving global sounds and stories that celebrate connection, creativity, and change. She also co-created The Empathy Tour, a global movement using art and storytelling to bridge divides and spark deeper human understanding.

Karen Fassio (she/her) | Principal | Abundant Marketing Collective

Karen Fassio (she/her) is the Principal at Abundant Marketing Collective, where she helps organizations unlock growth through authentic, community-driven marketing. A software channel leader by trade, she thrives on finding new routes to market and building the structures that turn ambition into impact.

Karen is also the Co-Founder and Strategy Advisor for Women in Cloud, a global community working to generate $1B in economic impact through women-led technology. She’s been recognized as a Microsoft 50 Voices Honoree and an Opulis Women in Cloud 50 Microsoft Women Honoree for her leadership in equity and innovation across the tech ecosystem.

Katrina Hamilton (she/her) | Professional Organizer & Systems Coach | Katrina Consults

Katrina Hamilton is a Professional Organizer and Systems Coach who helps founders turn chaos into clarity in their businesses, their workflows, and their lives. A Seattle native with a lifelong love of order (and reruns of Clean Sweep), she built her career in business administration before rising to President at one of Washington’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages.

After years of fixing broken systems and coaching others to streamline theirs, she founded Katrina Consults, where she helps entrepreneurs build systems that stick. Known by her clients as a “therapist for clutter and chaos,” Katrina brings humor, structure, and sanity back to the entrepreneurial grind, one habit at a time.

Kimfer Flanery-Rye (she/her) | CEO / F*Bomber in Chief | F*Bomb Breakfast Club

Kim “Kimfer” Flanery-Rye (she/her) is a past VP and Executive Creative Director, now a certified brain-based leadership coach passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion in social justice, and social impact along with women in business. She is the Founder of Inclusion Equals, a social enterprise focused on the IDEA: Inclusion = Diversity + Equity + Accessibility to build culture from the inside out, as well as the CEO of The FBomb Breakfast Club, a peer support community for women, femmes, and gentle(them) who are company founders and business owners. Kimfer was also an Adjunct Professor teaching Creativity and Innovation to MBA students and has her MBA in Executive Leadership.

Kimfer speaks locally, nationally, and globally, including at the Gates Foundation, Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and the 2022-2025 World Economic Forum regarding the importance of women on boards and what it means for women to have power, authority, and agency as well as DEI’s role in AI and the future of work.

La’Kita Williams (she/her) | Founder | CoCreate Work

La’Kita Williams is the Founder and Principal Strategist of CoCreate Work®, a future-focused coaching and consulting company. With a Master’s in Social Work and certification as a Professional Coach (CPC), she specializes in business and organizational development rooted in equity and humanity.

She created the 5 Components of Inclusive Culture, a framework that helps organizations and small businesses build people-first workplaces. La’Kita also teaches in the Communication Leadership program at the University of Washington, leading courses on resilient and inclusive leadership for the future of work. Her insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review and MSNBC.
