Through quick reflection, small-group conversations, and a collective wall exercise, you’ll see your experiences mirrored across the room. It’s the moment you exhale, drop the BS, and step into the summit with honesty, clarity, and the freedom to move forward.

Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means something brilliant is ready to shift. This session helps you move past creative and mental roadblocks using play, curiosity, and emotion as tools for clarity. You’ll walk away with three simple but powerful money moves that give you clean visibility into your numbers, a calm weekly rhythm to stay in control, and a clear financial North Star to guide every decision you make. when you know your numbers, you don’t just run a business , you run sh*t like a CFO.

You’ll learn how to engage your audience authentically, create consistency in how your brand shows up, and stop wasting money on media that doesn’t build connection. This session helps you deepen the work you started and will refine and re-align you goals through an inclusive lens rooted in your values. You’ll get honest about what’s working, what’s holding you back, and how to move forward with clarity and courage. Because when your goals evolve with you, that’s where real f*cking impact begins.

Big goals mean nothing without the systems to back them up. This session helps you move from stuck to steady by breaking ambitious ideas into real, doable actions. You’ll learn how to track progress without drowning in details, stay focused when things go sideways, and build routines that keep your momentum strong. Because goals don’t fail from lack of effort they fail from lack of systems.
